Overview

Precision at scale.

Injection molding is the workhorse of plastic manufacturing: molten resin is injected into a steel tool to produce identical parts at speed, with excellent dimensional control.

It's the right call when you need precision and repeatability across medium-to-high volumes — and the tooling investment pays back over the life of the program.

  • Tight tolerances. Dimensionally-stable parts, run after run.
  • 28–1000 ton capability. From small components to large parts.
  • Single & multi-cavity. Tooling matched to your volume.
  • In-line finishing. Assembly, printing, and packaging.

FAQ

Common questions.

What volumes make sense for injection molding?
Injection molding shines at medium-to-high volumes where tooling cost amortizes across many parts. For very low volumes or prototypes, fabrication or thermoforming may be more economical — we'll tell you which fits.
Can you build the tooling?
Yes. We coordinate single- and multi-cavity tool builds and sampling, then run production on the right tonnage press.
Do you handle assembly and finishing?
We do — assembly, printing, and packaging can be coordinated in-line so you receive finished, ready-to-ship parts.
